That last one was sent at 230am...

1am

After 2 days relatively carb free. I broke down and had 2 hotdogs (no bun) and 2 oz of cheese. The original plan was to not eat anything all night. Some espresso killed it until about midnight. But then it came back. And I started to get horribly tired.

I guess there wasn't many carbs in just the hotdogs. But there were probably too many calories..

And a diet mt dew.

Over night ended up being about 2/3 cup of almonds. And a handful of peanut m n ms.

Breakfast was 4 eggs and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

Got a 6.5 mile run in. Kinda low on energy. Going to have another one of those salads.

Have to work tonight at ppress. Got make it through with that salted almond machine and some diet sprite. Thankfully, I am not leaving town so I won't be stuck out there 3am bored and tired and looking at 100 miles back...

There is a machine here that puts out salted almonds. I just spent $1 for about 2 palmfuls of almonds.

1 cup of red beans/bacon/onion/rpepper/garlic
1 cup rice

4pm

3 more oz ham
2 oz cheese

12:15pm

3 cups broccoli
2 cups spinach
2 oz cheese
3 oz ham

Saladed up with
1/4 cup dressing (2 gr carb)

9am

3 eggs
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Some salt and pepper
Coffee

1/4 cup dressing(2 grms)
2 eggs
1 small onion
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

7:10am

Some cheesezits and a monster drink

Did charter. Minnetonka hs graduation party lockin at local bowling alley. Had to be back at 5am so stayed and slept on the bus. Super tired now. But did avoid eating huge pile of discarded junk food left on bus. Just trying to make it home now for a nap.

All sorts of tasty food in there. Cheap carbs evrywhere. Hard to resist. starting engine and rolling now....don't think about it..

Here it is. Middle of the night. I am hungry. The truck is empty. I have to kill an hour driving back from new richmond, wi. The holiday is open.. What will the cheese slave do!!!! The next 10 minutes are MAKE OR BREAK!!!!

We ran out yesterday. Right about now I would be reaching for it. 400 calories in 1/2 a cup.
