After 2 days relatively carb free. I broke down and had 2 hotdogs (no bun) and 2 oz of cheese. The original plan was to not eat anything all night. Some espresso killed it until about midnight. But then it came back. And I started to get horribly tired.
I guess there wasn't many carbs in just the hotdogs. But there were probably too many calories..
And a diet mt dew.
In albert lee, mn now. Starting back..

Over night ended up being about 2/3 cup of almonds. And a handful of peanut m n ms.
Breakfast was 4 eggs and 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

Got a 6.5 mile run in. Kinda low on energy. Going to have another one of those salads.
Have to work tonight at ppress. Got make it through with that salted almond machine and some diet sprite. Thankfully, I am not leaving town so I won't be stuck out there 3am bored and tired and looking at 100 miles back...
